William's Controversial Trip to India

How awkward must it be for the countries that used to be colonies to be visited? Well, if that question could be answered, it would be by the British Royal family.
Historically, the relationship between India and the British monarchy was controversial, to put it mildly, especially considering the whole Koh-i-Noor diamond shenanigans. But the gap between these nations was only solidified by the events of 2016.
India was visited by William and Kate in order to hunt down poachers. However, it was later discovered that the poachers being shot by the royals were actually members of a local tribe who were searching for food on the reservation. Bad news was all around.
