Emma Swan, Once Upon a Time
Emma Swan answer’s her little boy’s call and turns up in Storybrook – the town where all cursed fairy tale characters live without any memories of their past. She grows attached to little Henry quickly and stays there to help him, leaving behind her life up to that. In the end her mother’s love not only saves the boy, returning him to life, but also lifts the curse hanging over all of the fairytale characters.
On top of everything, Emma does quite well as a sheriff, which scores her some additional points in the way of “Cool”.
