Galahad and Tristan are a great combo because of their positioningand energy gains. Tristan stands behind Galahad, which allows him to gain energy from Galahad with his 4th skill, Blessed Vanguard, while being protected by a tank simultaneously.
Tristan's 3rd skill, Judge of Sorceres, is triggered more than once if Galahad is in the team (as part of the Way of Honor faction).
Artemis is a high-damage marksman who relies heavily on critical hits and has skills that target multiple enemies, making her a natural pairing with Tristan. Tristan boosts the team’s armor penetration, allowing Artemis’s attacks to penetrate defenses more easily. This combination lets Artemis consistently land critical hits and tear through both frontline tanks and backline enemies.
Fafnir is a support hero who specializes in boosting physical attackers and providing them with defensive buffs. He provides a shield to the primary damage dealer, which often ends up being Tristan or Artemis in this setup. Fafnir further increases the physical attack and critical damage of the shielded hero, making both Tristan and Artemis hit significantly harder. With Fafnir’s shield, Tristan is also protected, allowing him to stay active and continuously support the team.
Even if Jorgen is not considered a hard counter, he can stop Tristan's energy gains.
Dante can push back and decrease Tristan's primary stat by 7.0 seconds due to Tristan's positioning in the front line.
