790 is the head of a robot with a human brain. Can't really call it human but the brain is enough to make him a full-fledged character with real feelings and emotions. A big part of them is also due to a machine, though – Zev replaces his head with 790's at the time her sentence is carried out – namely her being turned into a love slave.
The last part of the transformation includes the processing of her brain in such a way so she could fall in love with the first person she sees when she wakes up. But since it's 790 who gets processed and Zev is the first person he sees, the robotic head falls hopelessly inlove with the beauty. Now he has to find a body which would satisfy her endless sexual appetites...
