Lian in Hero Wars

Lian is a Control / Mage hero positioned at the back line in the Hero Wars Dominion Era. She combines both control skills and the ability to perform huge damage.

Lian's unique ability is charming, allowing her to put enemies to sleep until they are damaged. Due to this ability, she is effective against AoE damage teams, so that she can apply her charm to as many heroes as possible.

Consider not using her with AoE damage heroes because they will remove the charm from the damaged enemies.

Passive skill. When Lian is damaged, the Hero who dealt damage is charmed for 4 seconds.

Sebastian

Sebastian can remove Lian's charming effects but it depends on how often Sebastian activates his first skill.

Judge

Judge can remove all of the debuffs on himself making Lian's charming useless.

Rufus

Rufus can only be killed by physical damage. This makes Lian useless when faced in the arena.

Nebula

Nebula can remove all negative effects from two nearby allies with her Serenity skill.

Celeste

Celeste's purifying sphere can clear and block all negative effects.

Polaris

Heroes that rely on control effects can be less effective against Polaris, as she extends the duration of control effects inflicted by her allies while reducing the activation chances of enemy skills. This makes Lian a perfect target for Polaris.
