No way Gamora is not in the first place of this ranking. Even though she appears on the big screen quite late, she managed to impress more than all earthly, space and fairytale beauties before her and thus she is crowned as Miss Green Sex Appeal – a combination of beauty, attitude, barely contained rage, kind heart, amazing fighting skills and the charm of Zoe Saldana.
Gamora's planet is destroyed by Thanos, who takes her in as his daughter. The mega villain thinks that he has subjected her to his will but she resists him all of the time. Her chance comes when she's forced to join the Guardians of The Galaxy.
The charming fool Peter Quill turns out to be not only her only opportunity for her to free herself from the slavery and repression imposed by her father, but manages to steal her heart as well. Unfortunately, Gamora dies in The Avengers: Endgame but later on the universe sees a younger version of her, which is yet to get to know Peter and to find her better side.
A curious detail we could mention here is that Gamora's sister – Nebula, held an honorary rank in the top 5 list of blue beauties and Zoe Saldana took fourth place there under her role of Neytiri from Avatar. That's what we call an icon of colorful sex appeal!
